Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from Valley Wash Co & Valley Wash Co Soaps.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our returns and exchange policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, soap, skincare, and bath products cannot be returned once opened or used.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care items

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Gift cards or downloadable products


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [your email address] with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged or wrong item

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

  • Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
